This role ignited his fervor for real estate development, propelling him to his current position as CEO of Parallel Real Estate Ventures. With a Certificate in Construction Project Management from Columbia University and specialized training in Project Management for Creatives from iCreate Institute, Randy combines practical knowledge with creative vision to redefine living and commercial experiences. His commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality underscores his influence in the industry.

Andrew Hammond is a Professional Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, Construction Project Management and Administration. I started my career as a Junior Resident Engineer at the NHT and subsequently spent eight (8) years in the bauxite industry where I gained experience in structural steel design, reinforced concrete design, civil engineering design and Project Management. I have spent the latter years of my career in design consultancy and I am a founding member of NALJAN Engineering Ltd which was established in 2007 and offers Civil and Structural Engineering and Project Management services.
